Crocs to have new logo and new name

The Crocs are set to separate themselves for the Football Association of Sarawak (FAS) next season as the team moves towards privatization to be come a football club like Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT).

Once the move is completed, the Crocs will no longer be a team directly under the Football Association of Sarawak (FAS), but rather a football club on its own. FAS would still be in the picture, but a new management would take over to head the Crocs as a private or separate/business entity.

According to SarawakCrocs internal sources, the Crocs would bear a new name and logo next season, with the new name likely to still retain the word ‘Sarawak’.

The new logo will also have the Crocodile as its main feature, and it (the logo) would be used as the team’s crest, replacing the FAS logo the current team carries.

In terms of the 2017 kit, the Crocs new kit would be specially designed and be very ‘Sarawakian’, but we do not have enough information to give more details.

From what SarawakCrocs understands, more changes are set to come next season, and fans would need to wait for the official announcement to know what they are.
