Sarawak FA last night inched out of the relegation zone after their impressive come-back in the Liga Super match against Kedah FA.
With the win, the Crocs now sit at 10th, with one point clear of the relegation zone which now plays host to Kelantan FA and Pulau Pinang FA.
Unlike Pulau Pinang which now needs to prepare for life in the Liga Premier, the fate of Kelantan hasn’t been sealed as their last match against Melaka United would likely determine if they do stay in the Liga Super next season.
However, the advantage is not Kelantan’s as the Crocs will determine whether Kelantan stays in the Liga Super with their final match of the season, versus T-Team.
A win would spell the safety of the Crocs in the Liga Super for next season, but a defeat might just relegate the Crocs to the second tier competition, provided Kelantan wins against Melaka United.
Either way, the Crocs are far from safe, and only a win can ensure they remain in Malaysia’s top football league. – SarawakCrocs.com
