Sabah FC yesterday introduced a new jersey, known as thier ‘1963’ Alternative jersey for their on-going season in the 2023 Liga Super.
According to the club, the ‘1963’ Kit serves as a tribute to the historic moment North Borneo became Sabah, proudly carrying the tagline ‘Pride of Borneo’.
Made through the collaboration between Sabah FC, Lotto and Pestle And Mortar, the jersey incorporates retro elements of Sabah’s heritage into its design, boasting captivating detailing that blends modern aesthetics with nostalgic elements.
Interestingly, it is also coloured in pastel green, a colour that’s not exactly synonym with the Rhinos.
