S Veloo has joined Pulau Pinang FA, leaving the Crocs after he was brought in by K Rajagobal in 2016.
The versatile coach was previously brought in to help Rajagobal, but soon found himself asked to take care of the Under-21 Sarawak team in 2017.
Following the resignation of David Usop during the mid-season of 2017 a reshuffle in the coaching staff of the Football Association of Sarawak (FAS) saw Pengiran Bala appointed as the new head coach for the senior team, leaving the assistant head coach vacant.
Veloo was asked to take over as Assistant Head coach for the Sarawak FA’s senior team during this period, and was highly linked to the high profile job next season, before Ian Gallin was appointed as the new head coach and technical director of the Crocs recently.
According to Astro Arena, Veloo holds a Masters in Football Coaching.
