K Rajagobal has decided to tender his resignation to the Football Association of Sarawak (FAS) following the announcement made by FAS last Saturday that he would be re-assigned to other responsibilities in Sarawak.
Rajagobal had also declined FAS’s offer to take up other responsibilities in Sarawak, and opted to resign instead.
According to FAS, Rajagobal’s resignation had been accepted and the Crocs will now be under care-taker coach David Usop.
Rajagobal was announced as Sarawak’s new coach at the end of last season and was tauted by many as a coach possible of changing Sarawak’s fortune.
However, after 10 matches, the Crocs are rooted at the bottom of the league, and on the brink of missing out of the Malaysia Cup this season. The Crocs have only won one game so far.
It is rumoured that former JDT coach Bojan Hoddak might take over from Rajagobal although FAS has remained tight lipped over the news.
