Looks like Sarawak has finally confirmed their who gets the last slot for their foreign import with Dutch striker Ronald Hikspoors (photo) confirmed as the player filling in the slot.
According to a local daily, Ronald has already signed a confirmed contract with Sarawak for next season, binding him to the Crocs for a year.
The striker will therefore replace out of favour Gabor Gyepes whom has been released by the Crocs for having what is said to be a long term injury. The injury, which was a broken toe, is said to be lasting for six weeks, as we checked online sources.
The signing of Ronald increases the number of strikers for the Crocs, with Sarawak already having Billy Mehmet and Ryan Griffith up front, both also filling the foreign import slot. Another player signed was Ivan Fatic, said to be playing in midfield.
The registration window for foreign players in the 2015 league ends tomorrow with the Crocs squad slowly looking to be formed as more confirmations of signings are received.
