AirAsia owner, Tony Fernandes has admitted that he would not mine being the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) President shall the opportunity arises.
According to the businessman, he would consider taking up the job if there is a serious offer from FAM.
To be the new president of FAM, Tony would need to have the support of the current FAM exco members, in which he would also need to be nominated to the post first.
Tony is not new in football as he currently owns English Championship club, Queens Park Rangers (QRP), and has a team called AirAsia AllStars in the Liga FAM.
FAM is currently looking to have a new president next year as wantaway president Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah has had his desire to leave Malaysian football accepted for next year by the current FAM exco.
