Sarawak FA came home empty handed from Cheras last night after being thrashed by club side UKM FC 4 – 0.
The match was televised live over mycujoo.
Micheal opened the scoring spree for UKM as early as the 8th minute through a penalty.
Sarawak held strong to keep the Kuala Lumpur based side at bay until the 83th minute and did produce some impressive attacking play.
However, in the 84th minute, UKM was again awarded a penalty and former Sarawak player Mateo Roskam made it count.
With defeat staring at Sarawak, UKM scored two in injury time through Mohd Hariz and Mohd Akmal to complete the drubbing of Sarawak for the night.
The result proved too painful for Posa Majais who is Football Association of Sarawak Presiden who immediately announced the ‘resting’ of Sarawak head coach Anai Igang and his assistant David Usop.
