Sarawak FA confirms Rian is waiting for his ITC to be approved

The Official Sarawak FA page yesterday confirmed that Rian Firmansyah is only awaiting his International Transfer Certificate (ITC).

Based on an information provided, Sarawak FA said that “Rian’s ITC is now awaiting the Malaysia Football League (MFL) approval and he should be able to play soon”.

Before this, speculations were made involving Rian’s availability as the young midfielder from Pontianak failed to make his debut during Sarawak’s first Liga Premier game against Negeri Sembilan.

The game ended with Sarawak losing 2-1 to the home side, but many had praised the game plan which was drafted by head coach Anai Igang.

Sarawak will face Pulau Pinang this Saturday with the game scheduled at 4:15PM at Stadium Negeri.
