Liga A1 Semi-Pro 2024 team, Machan FC, has submitted an application to move their home venue to Sibu.
The new venue proposed is the newly completed RM14-million, Pusat Sukan Komuniti Azman Hashim.
According to a report by a local daily, the request had already been submitted to the league organizers, the Amateur Football League (AFL).
Currently, Machan plays their home games at Stadium Negeri Sarawak, which is shared with Liga Super team, Kuching City FC.
If approved, Machan intends to play all their remaining home matches in their new venue.
Machan FC is currently at the bottom of the league after 4 matches.
