The signing of Joseph Kalang Tie today marks the huge ambition of in a club known as Kuching FA.
However, our keen eyes also noticed something during the signing, which is the jersey which was ‘handed’ by Kuching FA manager Fazzrudin bin Abdul Rahman to the newly signed midfielder.
The jersey which is in black, had the Kuching FA logo, but the hang tags on the jersey was what interest us.
Seen on the hang tags were logos of international sporting brand Adidas, hence prompting us to wonder, “Is Kuching FA going to use Adidas this season?”
Maybe its too early to make any assumptions, but Kuching FA had previously been way to attached to their rival club Sarawak FA with the club (Kuching) even donning the Sarawak FA kit during the 2018 season.
It was understood that there was some technical difficulties last season which disabled Kuching FA to wear the jerseys they intended to use.
However, this season, the team looks rather prepared, and from the looks of it, Kuching might just be using a brand that’s other than StarSports for once.
Will it be Adidas? Time will tell.
