Selangor new head coach, P Maniam has made it public that he is interested to sign Francis Forkey Doe to bolster his teams preparations for the 2017 Liga Super.
Unfortunately for Maniam however, Forkey Doe is said to have agreed on a move to Penang FA for the coming season.
Forkey Doe is one of the best foreign strikers in the Malaysian League, amassing not less than 60 goals since he started playing in Malaysia in 2012.
He had changed teams five times since his arrival in Malaysia, and even played for Selangor in 2013, before he joined Kelantan FA.
Aside from Forkey Doe, Maniam has also made it his intention to retain Nigerian, Ugo Ukah and Indonesian Andik Vermansah for the coming season.
