Sarawak was reported by the New Sarawak Tribune, to be eager to finalize their next season’s squad by the end of next week, with a few local imports coming down to Kuching for trial and contract purposes.
Apart from that, several local players from the Presidents Cup and the Sarawak Championship have already been identified to be given a chance to shine, and the possibility of making the cut into the Sarawak 2014 squad.
Spots occupied by Azizan Saperi, Ashri Chuchu and Dzulazlan Ibrahim, whom was injured the whole season are also on the line as Roberts makes the tough decision to either retain the trio, or drop them to give him space to sign new players which are fitter.
Another player which will certainly not feature next season is Ronald Dennis, whom has given up football to find other employment.
