The state senior squad defeated Kuching Selection 3-0 in a friendly encounter at Stadium Negri here, with all three goals scored in the first-half.
The Sunday night’s match was Sarawak’s first win in a series of friendlies so far, having lost 2-3 to ATM and 1-2 to PKNS while drawing 1-1 with Harimau Muda B.
Rony Harun drew the first blood in the game, followed by Bobby Gonzales and Joseph Kallang Tie.
State coach Robert Alberts said he was happy with the result.
