Singaporean defender, Safuwan Baharudin was today announced as Selangor’s latest addition to the side.
The player is returning back to the Red Giants after leaving the club last year due to an injury.
His departure in 2022 however most probably felt just like yesterday for many fans as he was only away for about six months before signing in back again with the Liga Super side.
Selangor FC made the news official via their official website today, adding that the ASEAN import player would add to the strength of team in numerous positions, particularly in midfield and defense.
During his last stint with the Red Giants, Safuwan made 37 appearances before he had to part ways.
Safuwan also was quoted as saying that he had declined several Thai League offers to play with Selangor and is looking forward to work with his teammates and Selangor Head Coach, Tan Cheng Hoe.
