OFFICIAL: Bobby parts way with Sarawak FA, joins PDRM

Former Sarawak FA hitman Bobby Gonzales has finally broke his silence on his future when he revealed that he will be playing for PDRM FC next season.

According to Bobby’s status update on his official Facebook page, he has waited for a positive response from the Crocs, but nothing has been materialized, forcing him to sign with PDRM, which is a Premier League side.

In confirming the news, Bobby thanked everyone close to him, including the staff, players and supporters of Sarawak FA.

Bobby struck 29 goals for the Crocs this season, making him the top local striker in the Premier League. His impressive display managed to capture the attention of several notable sides in Malaysia, including Malaysia head coach K. Rajagopal whom called him for the AFC Cup qualifiers.

Nonetheless, contract renewal talks between Bobby and the Football Association of Sarawak (FAS) were believed to have stumbled a brick, with both sides unable to give in to each others request. This has prompted Bobby to be disillusioned at Stadium Negeri, with his fans calling him to be retained with the Crocs.

Regardless, the dreaded news was finally revealed today when Bobby confirmed his departure from the Crocs, keeping him at the Premier League for yet another season, and yet again out of Sarawak’s super league team.

For the record, this would be Bobby’s third departure from the Crocs, where he scored 46 times in 58 times games.
