Sarawakians Gabriel Nistelrooy scored a hat-trick against Saujana FC today, on his first appearence for the under-19 side of Johor Darul Ta’zim(JDT4).
The Miri born striker wasn’t in the starting line-up, but had showed what he is capable of when he was introduced in the second half of the match.
Saujana, which plays in the Johor Bharu FA League was powerless to stop Gabriel who made every opportunity he had count.
Hakimi Man when commenting on Gabriel’s performance said that Gabriel must now fight for a place in the starting line up of JDT4.
The experience coach said that “only when Gabriel gets to the main 11 would he have a chance to play in the Piala Belia which starts next month.
Gabriel had left Miri for a chance to play for JDT4 which is also known as the JDT – Valencia Academy.
The young striker is lethal in the box and is considered one of Sarawak’s brightest football player in this era.
He was offered a one year contract by JDT4 and would play his trade with the Southern Tigers.
