The door might not be totally shut for former Sarawak player Muamer Salibasic to make a return to Stadium Negeri after several social media football pages claim that he might just be called to prove his worth to play for the side currently coached by K Rajagobal.
Muamer, a crowd favourite with deadly finishing and dribbling touches, was left out cold of the list of foreign imports Sarawak had asked to join trials to fill the current vacant import slot.
Fans believe that Muamer has the ability to play a great role as a midfielder after the Crocs secured the signature of Gilmar Da Silva and Ndumba Makeche whom are both strikers.
A few Sarawak football fan pages have confirmed that the management of Sarawak had already agreed to bring Muamer down to Kuching for a trial, but nothing concrete has been announced to date.
Nonetheless, with Rajagobal said to be preferring young players, it is highly unlikely Muamer will make the cut although fans will be hoping to see an exception made for Muamer.
