Muamer Salibasic has stated he is keen to return to Malaysia to pursue his carrier during the April transfer window as his injury is now fast recovering.
According to Muamer himself, he would like to come back and play for the Crocs but if Sarawak doesn’t need his services, he has instructed his agent to look for other teams in the Malaysian league.
When asked why he prefers to play for Sarawak, Muamer stated that Sarawak is about the fans and the people, and that is why he loves playing for the team.
Muamer Salibasic was an ace player during his tenure with the Crocs. The skillful dribbler is now considered a legend at Stadium Negeri for his goal-scoring abilities.
Nonetheless, he was released by Sarawak FA last season following a long term injury. The Sarawak management is understood to have bought his contract out in order for them to sign a new foreign player as Muamer was on a two year deal.
Shall Sarawak decide to sign him back, it would be the first time the Crocs ever re-signed a player under Robert Albert’s reign.
