Kuching FA is preparing all cylinders as they meet second from the bottom of Liga M3, Glory United FC today.
A win over Glory would mean Kuching would move up to the top of the Liga M3, thanks to an unexpected defeat by league leaders DDM FC yesterday.
Kuching Kelantan United FC and DDM FC currently share the same points with Kuching having an extra game in hand.
Before this, DDM and Kuching are the only undefeated side in the Liga M3 and Kuching was closely trailing DDM for the top spot.
The unexpected defeat by DDM therefore presents an opportunity to Kuching to lead the league before the mid-season break, giving Kuching the best of chances to continue their impressive start in the Liga M3.
Kuching head coach Ideris Untong when contacted by newspaper Utusan Borneo told the dialy that he does not want his players to miss out on the golden opportunity to secure the full points against Glory United.
He therefore wants his players to keep their winning momentum going and be wary of the opponent’s ability to frustrate Kuching.
Kuching’s match against Glory is scheduled at 9PM tonight at Stadium Lada, Langkawi.
