Kuching FA is interested to obtain the services of imports from either Thailand or Indonesia.
According to its assistant manager Iswandi Ali Hassan, the club will however only consider hirng imports after the pre-season matches in West West Malaysia.
Kuching will play Felda United and UiTM F, two teams above them in the Liga Malaysia in a brief pre-season tour.
Iswandi added that some Liga M3 had already signed import players and Kuching could follow suit if there is a need.
The Malaysia Football League (MFL) allows two import players in this seasons Liga M3.
The Liga M3 is the third tier football league in Malaysia.
Kuching is hoping to gain automatic promotion to the Liga Premier next season by winning thr Liga M3.
To achieve this, the team has signed several former Sarawak FA players including Joseph Kalang Tie, Hairol Mokhtar and goalkeeper Iqbal Suhaimi.
