Manchester United needs to win over Palace to secure CL spot

Manchester UnitedWith Manchester United only managing a narrow win over the weekend against rock bottom Aston Villa at home, the pressure is on for the Red Devils to secure the full three points against next opponent Crystal Palace. A win would open up United’s chances of finishing in the top four of the league, giving them automatic CHampions League action next season.

Currently, United is shy of three points form where they hope to finish, and full points against Palace will ensure the top four spots remain within reach.

Though many remain skeptical over United’s chances to gain the full three points this time around, many loyal fans still believe that there’s magic at Old Trafford, and the roar of the fans would carry United to the direction the need as the Premier League draws to an epic end this season.

Nonetheless, Palace are no pushovers regardless, as they held Arsenal previously, and could prove to be a huge spoiler to United’s Champions League ambition if United are not careful.

With that in mind, Van Gaal would be mindful to deploy cautious attacking tactics when his side meet Palace tomorrow to ensure United at least end the season with something to cheer for.
