Sarawak’s most important midfielder, Joseph Kalang has been nursing an injury since the year started, but good news has been revealed today that he is recovering well, and expected to play a huge role when Sarawak take on Felda United in the Super League opener in February.
Joseph, when contacted, said that he is suffering from ‘crystal in the joints’, and was not able to properly kick the ball without experiencing pain. The 28-year old however confirmed with us today that he is recovering, and he is excited to get back on the pitch to play.
Our checks online reveal that Joseph’s injury might be arthritis, although we are not able to confirm this since we are not the medical doctor checking the injury.
Irregardless, we are happy to know Joseph is recovering well, and hope he will continue to motivate younger Sarawakian players to play hard and make the first eleven of the Sarawak team.
