JDT set to seal Liga Super title tonight

Johor Darul Ta’zim is set to make Malaysian football history tonight, if they can defeat Felda United at Stadium Larkin.

The team known also as the Southern Tigers, only need three points to ensure they are unchallenged at the top of the Liga Super, giving them their the Liga Super title, three years in a row.

Fans of JDT have been reported to be excited with such prospect, with many already ready for the huge party after the Felda game tonight.  Ticket sales at Larkin have been brisked, with a full house expected.

JDT head coach Mario Gomez told Utusan that he is optimistic about the game tonight, and hopes his boys can seal the crown in front of their own fans.  He further admits that he would like to concentrate on the AFC Cup, and not worry about the Liga Super title race after this.

Shall JDT clinch the full three points tonight, they would not have to worry about the next two matches which have been scheduled.
