Well, we do not know if its true, but this rumour by FB fanpage Sarawak FC is interesting enough to make it in our site.
According to the page, Sarawak is looking to sign Indonesian Irfan Bachim to replace injured Hassan Mohammad.
The page didn’t say when the transfer would happen, but it is likely that if such news is true, Irfan would be signed for the coming season since no transfer of foreign players can be made until then.
Irfan currently plays for J League First Division side Ventforet Kofu. The Dutch born player is currently part of the Indonesian national team squad. He is only 25 years of age and has scored six goals since he played for Indonesia.
Aside from his football talents, the good looking striker, shall he be signed, would definitely spice up football at Stadium Negeri among the ladies since he is good looking and has appeared in numerous commercials in Indonesia.
That said, time will tell if the husband of Indonesian model Jennifer Kurniawan would actually be coming to Kuching for something more than more than a vacation, but just rumours of Irfan joining Sarawak does make the coming 2015 season an exciting one.
