Rerepresentatives from Football Maaysia Limited Liability Partnership (FMLLP) today met with the President of Football Association of Sarawak (FAS) Datuk Posa Majais to get detailed information on the on-going match fixing scandal hitting Sarawak FA.
The meeting which was also attended by representatives from the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) concluded with all parties agreeing to hold their tongue until the Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commision (MACC) concludes their investigation.
In a statement released on Facebook, FMLLP said that they are satisfied that FAS had asked MACC to step in immediately to investigate the gase.
FMLLP also offered help in regards to the scandal, although the type of help offered was not mentioned in their statement.
FAS shocked the Malaysian footbal scene after declaring that they suspected some of their players are involved in match fixing.
The allegations saw a report was made to MACC, and three individuals, including two local Sarawakians playin for Sarawak FAdetained for investigation.
