The Football Association of Sarawak (FAS) has thanked fans for behaving well during the T-Team game.
According to a local daily, the news was relayed by its Secretary General Abdullah Julaihi which said that FAS was ‘moved’ by what the fans did to ensure the whole game was uninterrupted with any incidents.
FAS has previously pleaded to fans to stop playing flares in the stadium as the association has been fined so many times due to such incident.
Nonetheless, the football association has said they would allow flares to be played outside the stadium, and had asked football supporter groups to come to talk to FAS in regards flares and flag sticks.
