The Football Association of Sarawak (FAS) today made a claim that its former General Secertary, Razali Dolhan embezzlement funds from the association.
The association said that there are five counts of such activity by Razali during his time at FAS.
According to an announcement made by the official FAS site, FAS President Posa Majais went to the Malaysian Anti Corruption Agency (MACC) today to submit a complaint with evidence on the matter.
The documents were handed by Posa to MACC Kuching Office at Jalan Laksamana Cheng Ho.
The report quoted Posa as saying that FAS had been patient with Razali, but had decided to finally take action to protect the future of the association. Posa was quoted as saying that FAS did not take any action prior to this to save Razali’s reputation.
FAS now claims that Razali embezzled about RM500K from the association in 2017.
Just to refresh, previously Posa also made claim about a financial scandal worth RM91 million from 2015 – 2016 but had not come up with any evidence on that claim so far.
Excepts of FAS statement on the mater can be seen below.
