Sarawak FA officials are unhappy with the referee in charged the of their Liga Premier match against Selangor United.
According to a news report by Stadium Astro, the referee failed to stop the game despite unfavorable weather conditions which made playing dangerous. It was reported that there was thunder and lightning during the match.
The referee only decided to stop the game after Selangor scored in the 75th minute, and this move had irked the players and officials of Sarawak, Stadium Astro reported.
Those watching the live streaming of the match could see Bobby Gonzales and several officials approaching the referee during the 75th minute.
According to Stadium Astro, the referee in question was Ghaffar Mohd Zambri.
Sarawak head coach Anai Igang was also reported to have said that they would find the best solution in regards to the incident.

Despite the incident, Sarawak managed to equalize after the match restarted, but eventually lost the match against Selangor with a last minute goal scored by Raslan Khan.
Sarawak are now 9th in the Liga Premier with three points from three matches.
