It was suppose to be a stroll for Argentina when they played Bosnia early this morning but, that didn’t happen as the Bosnians defended well to deny Argentina more than a 2-1 win.
Bosnia, a first timer at the World Cup, gave away an early lead for Argentina in the third minute when Kolasinac scored an own goal.
Lionel Messi doubled the lead in the 68th minute to keep his team on route to winning the game before Vedad Ibišević closed the difference in the 85th minute to end the game at 2-1 for Argentina.
In another match the Swiss ensure they stay on course to the next stage of the World Cup after beating Ecuador 2-1. The Ecuadorians opened the scoring mood through a free header by Enner Valenci in the 22nd minute.
