Manchester United has announced that Paul Pogba has completed his transfer from Italian club Juventus to Old Trafford. Paul joins United on a five-year contract, with the option to extend for a further year.
Paul, 23, has been with Juventus for four seasons, making 124 appearances and scoring 28 goals. He joined the Bianconeri from United in 2012.
The midfielder has been capped by France on 38 occasions, scoring 6 goals and was a member of the recent squad that reached the final of Euro 2016.
Pogba was clearly delighted with his signing as he commented that he is delighted to rejoin United, a club with a special place in his heart. The striker added that he is really looking forward to working with José Mourinho and felt that United is the right club for him to achieve everything he hoped in the game.
Manchester United manager, José Mourinho was equally happy with his latest signing, praising Pogba for his deadly striker abilities.
United’s intention to sign Pogba is no secret with United said to have paid $116.4m (RM 470 million) to get Pogba to return to Old Trafford.
