Operators of the Sarawak Football Association (FAS) online ticketing system, TiketPanas, have sent out an email to clarify the misunderstanding caused by the lack of information given by FAS on the online ticketing system, especially the Season Pass tickets which we, together with many fans have deemed as ‘not special’ if compared to other teams like JDT and Kelantan FA.
According to the email, Season Pass holders can use their Identification Card (IC) to claim game tickets while waiting for their Season Card, which will only be ready in 4 weeks.
The email further made it clear that Season Pass entitled its owners to watch every home match available, including friendly games.
Unfortunately however, the email didn’t mention if these games include the President Cup games which surprisingly is also charged this season, nor does it clarify if Season Pass can be used beginning the game against KL SPA FC this coming Saturday.
