Abang Zulkarnain, known best as just Abang Zul among many, is set to end his tenure as the President of the Football Association of Sarawak (FAS).
According to news reports, he will not seek re-election to continue his role as the main person leading Sarawak football, hence paving way for a new president.
Abg Zul is best known for re-organising Sarawak football, focusing on empowering local coaching and grassroots football.
Through him, he also made it clear that FAS would not bail out professional teams that are in debt, and that professional teams should be managed properly.
