Serian FA is looking to sign ‘star players’ for the next Liga Bolasepak Rakyat (LBR), with hope they would be able to change their fortunes in the competition next season.
General Secretary of the Serian Division Football Association (SDFA) Phillip Jabu said to the Borneo Post that the team would boost their team further next season, and shouting for such players would begin from next months Liga Bolasepak Serian.
Admitting that Serian FA has learned a lot from their first season in the LBR, Phillip was keen also that Serian’s second place in the national LBR would attract good players to the team, and further enable them to prepare better for the coming season.
Serian FA is a newly established team, under the purview of the SDFA, and they have unexpectedly rose to popularity by coming in second in the LBR this season.
