KUCHING: Sarawak coach Robert Alberts is pushing his players to raise their level of understanding during matches to strike the right combination.
He believes Sarawak need to improve and play better than they did during the last match.
“Communication is important to find the right combination when playing. The team needs to have good combination plan especially when planning attacks,” he added.

The coach does not want the Crocs to miss the opportunity to dislodge Sime Darby FC from the Premier League top spot this Friday.
Sarawak currently lie in second place in the Premier League with 34 points, two behind the league leaders after 14 games played so far.
But he knows that it will not be an easy task.
Last Friday, Sarawak had to come from behind to win 2-1 against SPA Putrajaya FC.
“It was a poor performance by the team during the first half. We did not find the right combination to split the opponents’ defence and we were punished for that,” he said.
He added that should Sarawak played like they did in the first half against Sime Darby FC, his team can kiss goodbye to their dreams of becoming Premier League champions.
Alberts, however, felt that with the introduction of Junior Eldstal in the second half last Friday, the game got better for Sarawak.
According to him, Eldstal was only introduced in the second half as he was planning to rest the player for the coming match against Sime Darby FC.
Sarawak subsequently added two goals in the second half thanks to a Guy Bwele free-kick taken just at the edge of the SPA Putrajaya FC penalty box and a header by Bobby Gonzales.
Sarawak will play Sime Darby FC this Friday at the Stadium Negeri at 8.15pm.
