Sarawak enter bottom three of the Super League

The Crocs are close to the relegation zone of the Malaysia Super League after they were defeated by PDRM last Friday.

With Terengganu at sixth, spotting 11 points, it seems that the Crocs are slowly drowning themselves at the wrong end of the league with morale among players in Sarawak reported to be at an all time low. In fact, it was reported by several friends of SarawakCrocs.com last Friday that some players had to be calmed down after the Crocs suffered their fourth straight defeat, the third in the Super League.

The back to back away fixtures have been blamed for Sarawak’s poor showing, but it must also be noted that the Crocs met with some of the toughest teams in the Super League such as JDT, Selangor, and last week, chart topper PDRM.

Therefore, match against Sime Darby, who now sits at the base of the Super League, is much welcomed as it is a good chance for the Crocs to change their fortunes in the Super League with a win ensuring they can further stay out of relegation.

Nonetheless, a defeat or draw with Sime Darby will further further aggravate thee situation of the Crocs making it harder for them to climb up with Kelantan, Pahang and Terengganu, the three teams sitting right above the Crocs, starting to churn out good result.
