The Sarawak Cup, Sarawak’s most prestigious football cup has been postponed.
According to the Borneo Post who carried the report, the postponement was made following a clash with Liga Super fixtures, hence prompting the Sarawak Football Association (FAS) to deffer the tournament which will consist of all affiliates in Sarawak.
Supposedly scheduled this month, the tournament would now be played in November, with a new date not revealed by the report carried out by the paper.
The tournament this season would be held in Mukah, with matches said to be planned across the division to increase interest in the game. – SarawakCrocs.com
