Sarawak opened their Malaysia Cup on a winning start by defeating ATM FA 1-0 at Stadium Negeri last Saturday night.
The Crocs played a cautious game, but managed to get in the game as the game progressed by launching dangerous attacks via their flanks.
ATM seemed more interested to defend for a draw, but did have some close encounters on goal which Iqbal SUhaimi saved with brilliance.
When the game looked liked it would end at a stalemate, Joseph Kalang headed in Shreen Tambi’s cross to give the Crocs the full three points in the first game of the Malaysia Cup.
