Liga Super newcomer, Melaka United has quickly reassembled their team for next years season, confirming they have secured the signing of Swedish-Filipino midfielder.
Omid Nazari, a national player for the Azkals was announced recently as the latest addition to Melaka United.
Previously from Philippine based Global FC, Nazari was instrumental in helping his club win the Philipines top league, the United Football League Division 1 last year. He also helped his club win the UFL Cup the same year.
Born in Sweden, the 25-year old Nazari has also played in the UEFA Champions League when he was with Sweddish side, Malmö FF.
It is largely expected that Nazari will have no problem blending in the new set-up at Melaka, given the fact that the club has already planned early training for the new season.
