Malaysia Airlines will continue to fly the Malaysian national football team, Harimau Malaya.
This is possible after both the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) and Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad (MAG) inked an agreement to work together for another three years.
This means, Malaysia Airlines will continue to be Harimau Malaya’s official airline until Disember 2026.
Malaysia Airlines had signed on as the official airlines for the nation’s football team back in 2019, with the agreement of collaboration ending this 31 December 2023.
Aside from flying the national team around the globe for their international matches, Malaysia Airlines had also prepared a special Harimau Malaya livery on one of their Airbus A330.
