Luck ran out on Junior – Malaysia denied reinforcements at Kazan

Lady luck was not shinning above Junior Eldstal after all, as his call-up to join Harimau Muda at the currently on-going football tournament at the University Games in Kazan Russia has been denied by university officials.

According to reports, there was a misunderstanding between the university games official, and that Malaysia has not been allowed to reinforce their football squad which is now close to only having 11 players left able to play.

Junior in his immediate response to the news tweeted that “My chance to represent my country will come”.
