Liga Super: It’s in your hands

Tonight would determine which of the four teams would eventually get relegated into the Liga Premier.

Coincidentally, Sarawak, PDRM, Penang and Terengganu all would be facing each other for the battle to stay in the Liga Super, with Sarawak entertaining PDRM at Stadium Negeri, and Penang hosting Terengganu. It is one of the most heated relegation battles of the decade, and Sarawak has the best chance to stay in the Liga Super compared to the other three teams.

A draw result in Stadium Bandaraya would benefit both PDRM and Sarawak tonight, as that would mean both Penang and Terengganu would end up sending each other to the Liga Premier, with the results at Stadium Negeri being totally useless for the relegation battle.

However, shall either Terengganu or host Penang win, the situation would be rather complicated for both PDRM and Sarawak as one of the two teams playing at Stadium Negeri, would definitely end up relegated with the goal difference of each team playing a huge role.

Only a defeat would send Sarawak to the Liga Premier, with the other three teams largely in danger if they share points with their opponents. However, if the Crocs take such advantage forgranted, any three of the remaining relegation battlers can put the Crocs in he red zone with no hope of returning back.

That said, tonight’s game is not about what other teams can do for Sarawak, but rather if the Crocs can either squeeze a draw against the unpredictable PDRM side.

The game starts at 9PM.
