Kuching FA today announced that they would be working together with Malaysia Airlines.
It is believed that the cooperation between the two entities would see Kuching fly Malaysia Airlines when they travel for their away games.
According to a brief statement by Kuching FA, the cooperation with Malaysia Airlines would see Kuching save on their transportation cost, which largely is caused by air travel expenses.
Kuching is expected to play 13 away matches, and they would require more transportation funding shall they advance further in the Piala FA and Liga FAM. The Liga FAM would be played in November.
The cooperation between Kuching and Malaysia Airlines is not unique as Sarawak FA had signed Malindo Air as their official sponsor sometime early this year.
Malaysia Airlines is a full service airline, while Malindo Air is a boutique airlines.
