Kuala Lumpur wins against Harimau Muda C

The City Boys of Kuala Lumpur are on a revival following a penalty win over Harimau Muda C in the FA Cup first round yesterday.

Both teams were evenly matched until the full time, but Kuala Lumpur kept their nerve to win and advance to the second stage of the FA Cup in which they would meet MOF FC which is coached by Sarawak legend Jalil Ramli. MOF FC also boast former Sarawak player, Zamri Morshidi.

The winner between MOF FC and Kuala Lumpur would meet either Sarawak or Kelantan in the third round of the FA Cup.

Meanwhile, PKNS advanced to the second leg of the FA Cup after they easily defeated DRB Hicom FC2-0 at Stadium Proton.
