Kelantan Football Association’s (KAFA) request that their Super League game between The Red Warriors and Lions XII be postponed has been approved by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM).
The game scheduled at Kota Bharu tomorrow will now be played on Sunday at 8:45PM, at Stadium Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
KAFA today requested FAM to delay the game following the death of Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat, as they wanted to show respect to the influential leader of the state.
The late Nik Aziz was a known politician in the state whom was well respected by many. His funeral today saw thousands gather at Kelantan to convey their last respect.
