Sarawak FA’s experienced defender, Hairol Mokhtar would be making a return to the starting eleven and the Malaysia League this 1st April when the Crocs take on Terengganu FA at Sultan Nassiruddin Shah, Terengganu.
The 32-year old defender had just completed his six months ban after he was found guilty by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) Disciplinary Committee for shoving the match referee during a Piala Malaysia match, last 13 July 2016.
Sarawak FA head coach, David Usop confirmed the return of Hairol to the team, adding that the center back is vital to his plans and is much needed to boost his inconsistent defense line.
David further added that Hairol’s return to the team is at the precise moment as Sarawak FA needs to further improve its standings in the Liga Super as well.
