Gabriel Nistelrooy hits again to give PP MSN Miri win over PP MSN Bintulu

PP MSN Miri ended their friendly match tour with a win against PP MSN Bintulu.

The win came with PP MSN Miri only able to bring 12 players since many of their players had left for the holidays and personal commitments.

Among the 12 players are Victor Backhem Ak Tamin aged 14 and Mohd. Daniel Bin Yusuf aged 12.

In the match, Miri led the game with goal from a lovely set-piece in the 19th minute which was scored by Nail Arsyad Bin Nadzar hasil.

Bintulu equalized through a penalty in the 37th minute.

As the game seemed to be heading into a draw, Gabriel Nistelrooy Ak Tamin headed in a powerful goal in the 79th minute to give the visiting team the winning goal.

The game ended with PP MSN Miri winning 2-1.

Hakimi Man who coached Miri told SarawakCrocs that such matches were important to bring local football to greater heights and hoped more of such friendly matches would be made again in the future,
