Villa 2000 FC made a superb comeback in a friendly match against Sarawak FA in Jakarta when they tied the Malaysian Super League 4-4 at Jakarta.
Sarawak lead the game in the first half with Joseph Kalang Tie who pushed in a free ball in the 2nd minute.
Despite Villa controlling the game from then, Ryan doubled the Crocs lead in the 25th minute through a powerful shot from outside the box.
Joseph further extended the Crocs lead with a stunning header in the 37th minute to put the Crocs with a comfortable lead at the breather.
The restart of the game saw Villa push harder to contain the Crocs as they mounted numerous dangerous offensive strikes at the Sarawak goalmouth.
Villa didn’t have to wait long when Fadhil made the score 3-1 through a nice tap in the penalty area.
Ryan almost doubled his personal tally in the game 51 minutes from the start, but his goal was ruled as offside by the linesman. He however ensured his second chance on goal would go in in the 65th minute by pushing in a loose ball in the penalty box to put the Crocs 4-1 ahead in the game.
Despite down by three goals, Villa however never gave up, and Jibby Wuwungan’s free shot on goal in the 69th minute put the them closer to the Crocs.
Fadhil also managed to put in another goal one minute later, putting the score at 4-3 with the Crocs defending heavily.
In the 88th minute, Villa ensured their amazing come-back was not for nothing with Rainhard making full use of the lapse in defending by Sarawak defenders to put the score level at 4-4 with the Sarawak camp starting to sweat of their poor defending.
The game however soon ended with the Sarawak head coach Robert Alberts left to ponder of his defending woes which leaked four goals in the span of 45 minutes.
