The Football Association of Sarawak (FAS) has issued an email noting that they are refunding the money of fans whom have purchased their tickets online for the FA Cup tie between Sarawak vs Pulau Pinang last 21 Jan 2014.
According to the email we received, some of the physical ticket printed by FAM was not correct, and some fans have bought their tickets at a much lower rate than sold online.
FAS added “To be fair to all purchasers, FAS has decided to refund the differences to all online purchasers.”

The email further added that fans wanting to get their refund can do so by walking in to their original selected redemption center (Stadium redeem purchaser please go to Wisma Hopoh LSC) and show their original IC and receipt number.
Redemption of refund starts on 24 Jan 2014, from 1PM onwards at all selection redemption centre.
