David shines some light on status of import players

David Usop has given the clearest indication of the fate of the Sarawak foreign players shall he remain in-charge at Stadium Negeri.

In a recent interview with Astro Arena, David had stated that he would like all imports to be retained as they are now performing.

Prior to this, there has been speculations that the Football Association of Sarawak (FAS) would need to improve their foreign imports with Gilmar da silva Filho and Davide Grassi said to be on the way out od Stadium Negeri when the transfer window opens.

Nonetheless, the vote of confidence by David does give all players some relief on their status in Sarawak, hence enabling them to focus on preparations for the Liga Super which takes off again after Hari Raya.

Sarawak is expected to make a formal announcement on their foreign imports soon with the June transfer window opened soon.
